Our solution adopts high-quality stainless steel (304, 316L) or duplex alloy materials, combined with precision cold-drawn wedge wire and resistance welding technology, to create a one-piece structure that is firm and durable, with excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance — perfectly adapting to coal washing, gold recovery, mineral sand screening, and dewatering scenarios. The V-shaped wedge wire profile features tapered slots that become progressively wider inward, achieving self-cleaning performance to avoid particle buildup and clogging, while maximizing the open area (up to 85%) to enhance dewatering and screening efficiency significantly.
We provide flexible customization according to clients’ specific needs: slot sizes can be adjusted from 0.3mm to 3mm (or customized), support rod diameters and screen panel sizes are fully customizable, and rubber or PU frames can be added to enhance strength and facilitate installation in various screening equipment. For extreme abrasive environments, we offer hard-chromed surface treatment to extend the service life of products by 5-8 times compared with traditional mesh screens, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs substantially.
